Data Send / Data Room, uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS 1.2) for data transfer, creating a secure tunnel protected by AES 256-bit encryption.
Encryption at rest
Your files are stored using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
Data Access Control
Strict policy and technical access controls prohibit Data Send UK employees from accessing your content.
We restrict access purely to the data controller within our organisation. If required we will also sign any non disclosure agreements that you may require. This enables us to provide a more personnel service to our clients.
UK data storage
All your data room files and documents are stored in the UK only.
ISO 9001
All our Data Centres are ISO 9001 Certified. This is the international standard for Quality Management. It demonstrates that consistent quality standards are in place and continue to run effectively by being subjected to external audits, which are performed yearly by an independent certification body.

All our Data Centres are ISO 27001 Certified. ISO 27001 is the international Information Security standard. It deals with the preservation of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of vital corporate and customer information. The standard provides our clients with the reassurance of knowing that our Information Security Systems are robust.
