What is the Enterprise Suite?
We realise that some organisations may require more control over their file delivery system. The Enterprise Suite has been designed with larger organisations in mind.
A secure dedicated server for your company use only is included. This provides the option to lock down access to the file delivery system to individual user IP addresses, which increases security even further. The enterprise administration suite provides you with control over your file delivery system.
The server is still managed by Data Send UK and the software is provided as a hosted solution only that remains the property of Data Send UK and its developers.
Users of the system will see the same user friendly interface for sending and receiving files as you would find in our Business Branded account option.
That's where the similarity ends and you take over control. Only users who have been granted administrator access rights, can log in to the on-line administration suite.
Administration Features
- Add as many company user accounts as you need
- Add as many client file upload accounts as you need
- Add upload departments so your clients can choose where to send files to.
- Create a global company contact list.
- Advanced searching on - user accounts, client accounts, contacts list, file transfers
- See all of the files currently stored on your server with the transfer details
- Export File records in either word, excel, csv, xml or text format
Audit Logs
- User log - records who has successfully logged into the system
- Hack log - records failed login attempts with an incorrect username/password
- Transfer log - records details of all the transfers performed by your server. This can be used to cross reference with the user log
- Advanced searching on - user log and hack log
- Export log records in either word, excel, csv, xml or text format
Global System Settings Control
- Choose how many days the files are stored before the auto deletion occurs
- Max number of times a file can be downloaded
- How many individual files can be uploaded at the same time
- Maximum total file upload size
- Maximum upload size per file
- Allowed file extensions
- Not allowed file extensions
- Allow connections from only certain IP addresses (provides even tighter security)
- Ban IP addresses

*250 GB of Network back up space is provided as standard.
* Network back up space is required in order to provide automated daily back ups of the system and files stored on your server.
